The falla Riu Blanc stands out especially for its scenic beauty as it is responsible for the cliffs located between Punta de Moraira and Moraig cove.

Villa Riu Blanc is imagined by us, Patricia and Dirk, hoping to make your dreams come true. We were very happy to get help from our dear daughter Claire, who works as an interior architect in Antwerp and started - her own renovation and interior architecture firm called Atelier Tangier.

We are amongst others inspired by Kandinsky's idea that color is a power which directly influences the soul, and by the concept of Wabi Sabi, a Japanese concept that refers to the beauty of the imperfect, the incomplete and the changeable, but also to the beauty of modest and humble, unconventional things. The philosophy of "wabi sabi" is to enjoy the present and to find peace and harmony in nature and in the little things and also to peacefully accept the natural cycle of growth and decay.

KEEN TO BE GREEN
We believe strongly that we can do our part in creating a more sustainable world. When renovating our hotel, we invested in renewable energy, using only solar energy and energy-efficient air-to-air heatpumps for all our heating and hot water. We renewed our air conditioning system with low energy units with pure air technology and minimal emission (R232). Our electricity service provider offers 100% renewable electricity.
We only use ecological renewable cleaning products, and work with exceptional people from the Alta Marina and Valencia region who believe in an sustainable high quality product.
Your bathroom products are all ecological and aimed at minimising waste. We are very happy to work with Jaime and Iria of Île Naturelle in Xalo, a small organic cosmetic company, who created a plastic free zero waste shampoo based on organic coconut oil.
